Keno Tickets: Edge, Top/Bottom, Left/Right

There are many different ways to enjoy a game of keno. In fact, there is more than just one way of marking your keno ticket. Some ways of playing your keno tickets will have better odds and some will just give you a good time. It all depends on why you're playing keno in the first place. The following ways of marking your keno ticket revolve around dividing the numbers on your keno ticket.

Our first way of marking keno tickets is doing a top or bottom. A top or bottom keno ticket is really easy to make. There's no need to make groupings of any sort since you are just dividing the entire keno ticket into entirely huge groups.

If you look at your keno ticket you will notice that the numbers are boxed. The top box will have the numbers one to 40. The bottom box on your keno ticket will contain the numbers 41 to 80. This is basically the idea behind the top or bottom keno ticket. You wager on one of these two boxes, which means that you win more if at 13 numbers are hit on the box you chose. Simply mark which box you would like to wager on and write "top/bottom" on the box at the upper left of your keno ticket and place the amount of your wager also.

Our next way of marking keno tickets is the left or right ticket. The idea behind the left or right ticket is pretty much the same as a top bottom ticket. Instead of wagering on the numbers on the top or bottom you wager on the numbers on either the left or the right side of the keno ticket.

All you have to do to make a left or right keno ticket is to draw a vertical line from in between five and six down to the section between 75 and 76 (which divides your keno ticket in half). Indicate which side your wagering on, write "left/right" on the box at the top left, and write the amount of money you wager.

Our next way of marking keno tickets is using the edge. An edge ticket is simply wagering on the numbers at the edge of the outline of numbers on your ticket. All you have to do is mark all the numbers on the edge of the ticket. Write "edge" on the box at the top left of your keno ticket, and write the amount of your wager in the appropriate box. Casinos and keno halls will usually specify a number of spots you should hit with an edge ticket in order to win.

These are easy ways of marking your keno tickets. All you have to do is to mark specific regions on the ticket you wish to wager on.
